## Deepen Communication with your Inner Spirit through Meditation
### Workshop Details
We live in a society where we are distracted by many things, including technology. We strive to build a better system of communication via technology, however, we have this capability internally as well. We have the capability of getting answers straight from the source and being intuitively guided from within. Despite this, many have lost the ability to discern inner spirit communication from egoic communication.
As a child, most people had a very strong connection and communication with inner spirit; but as they grew into adulthood this connection and communication was weakened. This is mainly a result of being taught to rely on logic and reason as well as developing a more chaotic mind and lifestyle.
In this workshop, we will explore both experientially with a moving and sitting qigong meditation and through a brief lecture; how harnessing the power of meditation can deepen your communication with your Inner Spirit. The moving and sitting meditation will be approximately 45-minutes in duration.
### What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health system of healing and energy medicine. Qigong is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality. It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate qi (chee). Regular Qigong practice leads to better health, vitality and a quiet mind.
