Are you carrying old baggage with you? If you are, you are not alone. This is a phenomenon observed in most individuals in today's society. Unfortunately, there is a consequence of carrying old baggage. From an energetic perspective, this old baggage has a negative affect on your mind, body and spirit because it lowers your vibration. Naturally, you vibrate at a high level so a low vibration means you do not have optimal energy flow. This lack of optimal energy flow, also known as energetic blockages, can lead to developing all kinds of ailments of the mind, body and spirt. Most people carry a large amount of unnecessary baggage, both mental and emotional throughout their lives. They limit themselves through grievances, regret, hostility, guilt. The emotional thinking has become their self so they hold onto the old emotions because it strengthens their identity. Because of the human tendency to perpetuate old emotions, almost everyone carries in his or her energy field an accumulation of old emotional pain, which I call the Pain Body......we can learn to break the habit of accumulating and perpetuating old emotions.......and refrain from mentally dwelling on the past...."
