# Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 7

All too often, there is a tendency for people to be very serious about what they are doing. There is a need to do something and do it “perfectly”. They push, push, push and try so hard that it almost takes the spark out of life. This is definitely the case when they feel they don’t have much time and have to force it.
Unfortunately, the result of the pushing is a tendency to cause restriction and resistance. This is something I find a lot for beginner meditators who are very serious about seeing results and try to push something to happen. They have an expectation of what meditation should be doing for them and when their expectation is not met, they try to push results.
Of course, from a law of attraction perspective, putting your focus on what is not happening will create more of that. In addition, if there is resistance from pushing, you are also not going to manifest what you desire to manifest. As a result, relax and allow it to happen. If you learn to be easygoing and to be a lot less serious with what you are doing; your ability to create will improve tremendously.
Life is meant to be enjoyed. No matter what stage of the healing process you are in, let loose and enjoy what you are doing right now.
