# Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 16

Manifesting the life of your dreams is a matter of letting go. When you are having fun and feeling good, then you are letting go. This is related to [Weekly Thought #7](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/170-law-of-attraction-weekly-thought-7) about being too serious with life.
Life is about choices. You can choose to live your life in a serious manner or you can choose to live your life in a more light-hearted way. There are no wrongs or rights. One just feels better than the other. One also helps you to consciously create much more easily.
Some people have an easy time having fun and yet others find it more challenging to do because they have trained themselves into the vibration of being serious. All is well though. If you desire to have more fun, then below are a few things you can do to jumpstart that plan.
- Try a [Laughter Meditation Challenge](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/laugh) to retrain yourself to let go and laugh. It is only 90-seconds a day!
- Practice [gratitude](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/gratitudechallenge). I know this may not seem like a fun activity but it does help to put you in a more light-hearted mood.
- Find a sport that you like to do and do it. I love playing Pickleball and it really helps me to just have fun. [Meetup.com](https://www.meetup.com) is a great website to find sporting clubs in your area. Facebook may also have your local sports club listed.
- Play with animals on a regular basis. If you don’t have an animal, go get one from your local shelter. Animals are a great way to bring joy into your life.
- Start a hobby you have been wanting to do. Try [Meetup.com](https://www.meetup.com) to find a local group in your area that is doing what you want to do.
Remember your dreams are just around the corner. You have only but to let it in. Having fun is one way to do that!
