### Do you feel lost and confused about spiritual guidance?

[Telling a different story](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/184-tell-a-different-story), will set the stage for more spiritual growth.
### Now what do we mean by telling a different story?
If you always say, "I never understand," "I am confused on the guidance being given," "This is too confusing," "This is way too much for me," "I am not cut out for this," or phrases along that line, then you literally close the door on getting answers and deepening your connection to source.
All it takes is a slight shift in your story. Instead of what you normally say, you could say "I am beginning to understand my source," "I understand the communication from my source," "I can do this," "I know I may not always understand my source but I trust that when I need to, the communication will be very clear," "Every day my connection to source deepens," etc.
Just notice and pay attention to how you feel when you are telling your story. If you start to feel bad, then what you are saying is out of alignment. Just shift - ever so slightly - so you begin to feel better about what you are saying. When you do this, you start the process of retraining your subconscious mind to think differently about your communication for source. This will open you to receiving that which you desire. A very simple, yet profound law of attraction tip.
