# Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 78

As we transition from a quarantine state, there will undoubtedly still be residual fear and uncertainty about what lies ahead. There is a planetary shift in consciousness occurring and changes are still yet to come.
Change can be scary for most, but one of the best ways to deal with this change is to [tell a different story ](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/184-tell-a-different-story)about it. Remember, the stories that you tell yourself, shape your reality. If you continue to tell a story that supports fear and uncertainty, then you will hold yourself in this vibration. If you can shift your story, ever so slightly, you can open to the possibility of adapting to this change.
### Telling a Different Story
Start at the lowest vibrational phrase you can believe and then continue to tell a new story until you feel better. Here is an example of how that could work:
- I have been afraid, but I am going to open to the possibility that I will be safe
- In fact, I know that I will be safe
- I know that I will be safe because I have experienced periods of uncertainty and it has always worked out
- Yes, it always works out for me so I can start trusting that it is going to work out now
- I can begin to let go and trust in this
- I can do this
- In fact, I am going to let go and trust in this
- I am going to trust that I am healthy and safe
- I am safe
- I am healthy
- Thank you source, I believe in you and I believe it will all work out for me
- Thank you source, I believe I will stay healthy and safe
The above is just an example of how you can move from the lowest vibrational thought or belief you hold, to a higher vibrational thought. The more you can shift your vibration to a higher level, the more you allow. The more you allow, the more you attract a reality that is in alignment with a higher vibration, i.e. a healthier and safer reality.
