# Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 85

As a conscious creator, you are aware that you create your reality, however, there is a tendency to get caught in the cycle of thinking you know how things are going to unfold at every step of the way. When things do not happen as you expect it to happen, there is a tendency to resist. Resistance comes in many forms - anger, disappointment, sadness, frustration, impatience, etc. When you are expressing these emotions, this means you are out of alignment, resisting the flow of what is happening, and are not in alignment with who you are.
It is important to note that even though you think a situation should happen one way, it may not. As such, it is important to have tools in place to deal with the reality of what is happening, especially if it is causing you some type of emotional disturbance. Sending love is one of those techniques.
Instead of resisting what is happening through frustration, anger, disappointment, etc., send love to it. Yes send love to it. Doing this allows you to step back from the situation and view it in another light. You let go of what you think should have happened and you embrace what is happening.
When you can step back from being reactive, you get the opportunity to acknowledge that you have called this forth, however, you have the ability to set a new vibration for what is to come in the future. Sending love is a way to set a new vibration.
When you send love, you literally "heal" the situation and switch your vibration to allowing. You don't add any more negative energy to the situation. You let go and allow a more loving energy to surround you and all those involved in the situation. You literally say "no more, instead of resisting I am going to hold the light of love to shift my vibration and the situation.”
## Spiritual Help
This method seems easy, however, there are times when your emotional response is so heavy that it is hard to even imagine sending love. If this is the case for you, ask for help from the non-physical - with whom you have been developing a relationship. Ask for guidance/help in being able to shower yourself and the situation in love. Surrender to this help and you will notice a difference. Your vibration will raise and you will start to feel better.
